General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Welcome to DISCMEDI. These General Terms and Conditions govern the commercial relationship between DISCMEDI (details available in the Legal Notice, section 1.1) and the customer making purchases in our online store (hereinafter, THE CUSTOMER). By completing an order, THE CUSTOMER declares having read, understood, and accepted these conditions by checking the “I accept” box.
1. Specific sales conditions
Each order includes specific conditions (reference, title, quantity, shipping costs, etc.), accepted by THE CUSTOMER at the time of purchase. Order confirmation implies full acceptance of these conditions, valid only for that order.
2. Placing an order
To purchase, THE CUSTOMER must select the desired products and click “Buy”. Selected items are added to the cart. After reviewing, the order is formalized by clicking “Checkout”.
3. Order confirmation
DISCMEDI will confirm the order by email, fax, or postal mail, depending on the chosen option. The sale will only be effective after explicit confirmation by DISCMEDI. We reserve the right to reject orders due to lack of stock, delivery issues, or irregularities, always informing the customer.
4. Delivery times
Deliveries are made within a maximum of 8 working days. If any product is unavailable, we will inform the customer and provide an estimated restocking date or offer a similar alternative product.
5. Shipping costs
The customer may choose between:
- Pickup at our offices: free of charge.
- Shipping by standard mail or cash on delivery (mainland Spain only, excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).
Shipping costs will be displayed in the cart before completing the purchase. For cash-on-delivery shipments, the order will not be considered completed until payment is made.
6. Price
All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT. The final price will be confirmed in the acceptance email sent by DISCMEDI.

The relationship between DISCMEDI and THE CUSTOMER is governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the judicial district of Palma de Mallorca.
