The Barcelona singer-songwriter Meritxell Neddermann has been in contact with music and its instrument, the piano, since childhood. She studied at the Barcelona Conservatory and later at the Taller de Músics. This is how it receives the first influences of classical music and jazz. In 2010 he moved to Boston to continue her studies at the Berklee College of Music, and later settled in New York, where she worked as a musician until 2017. It is there that she began to write her own music and began to experiment with loops, pedals various and vocoder, apart from the piano and the voice, creating its own sound that is fed by diverse musical landscapes, from classical music, jazz or indie music.
This 2020 she releases her debut album "In the Backyard of the Castle" a double album in format CD (released in march) and this one vinyl proclaiming as one of the most original and interesting proposals currently.
